For this project I wanted to experiment with illustration - using a minimalistic palette, for an almost serigraphic effect. Something about the song's lyrics, which talk about desperate times, provoked this image in my mind - the idea of smoking as a contemplative moment, held in time. Invoking visions in the smoke.
