I started to play around with collage around this time, as an impulse to shift away from the computer for some creative processes and experiments.  Among other results, I ended up with this surreal image, somewhat Magritt-esque: a window into a different universe - simultaneous but estranged from our reality. Two eyes, or two suns, or two lights confronting us - what they're after is uncertain.
